Meet Our Team

John Peccia is the Founder, President, and local owner of Pacific Quorum Properties, with over 30 years of experience in the property management industry. He leads the company's strategic vision, growth, and service delivery, while championing Pacific Quorum's core values across all operations.

John began his career as a Property Manager and progressed into senior leadership roles, including Branch Manager and General Manager, before founding Pacific Quorum. He has extensive experience managing strata corporations and real estate investments.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family at their recreational retreat, often joined by their German short-haired pointers.

Terry Kerr oversees operations across the Vancouver Island and Sea-to-Sky regions, supporting teams and driving performance across both markets. With a strong background in construction and property management, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership.

Terry previously owned and operated a successful property management company on Vancouver Island, which was later acquired by Pacific Quorum. Since returning to the company, he has played a key role in strengthening operations and supporting team development.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the Vancouver Island lifestyle.

Heather has over 15 years of experience in property management accounting. She began this career in 2010 when she and her husband Terry relocated with their young family from Calgary to Vancouver Island to embrace its relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Outside of work, she enjoys running the occasional half marathon, cooking gourmet meals for her family and spending time camping with Terry and their yellow lab, Carter.

Cassie has worked in the Property Management industry for over 16 years, with more than a decade of licensed experience on Vancouver Island. She enjoys the variety and challenges that come with property management and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, you'll find her at the gym, enjoying the outdoors, or exploring Vancouver Island.

Krystle joined Pacific Quorum in 2021, bringing a diverse background in management within the eco-tourism industry and investment administration. Her experience in leadership, client service, and operations has helped her build strong teams and support efficient administrative processes.

Known for her positive attitude and collaborative approach, Krystle is passionate about creating organized, supportive environments that help both staff and clients succeed.

Outside of work, Krystle enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. She is a proud mom to two girls — one a dedicated rugby player and the other a competitive cheerleader — and a proud stepmom to four additional amazing children, making family adventures and activities a big part of her life.

Kelly Goddard joined The Kerr Group’s Property Management team in March 2012, starting in bookkeeping before moving into an administrative role after returning from a leave of absence. Over the years, she has gained experience in all areas of strata services, including conveyancing.

Today, Kelly serves as Office Manager for Vancouver Island’s four offices, supporting staff with software and equipment issues, supply management, and training. As one of the original users of Condo Manager, she continues to expand her knowledge of the program and its capabilities.

Kelly is a dedicated team member who takes pride in helping others succeed. Her greatest accomplishment has been mentoring colleagues and watching them grow in their roles, often surpassing her own expertise in their chosen areas. She looks forward to continuing to contribute to the company for years to come.

Sharmin is an experienced Human Resources professional who supports Pacific Quorum's employees and leadership team across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations. She plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while helping the organization attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Sharmin values building strong relationships, promoting professional growth, and contributing to a collaborative work environment where employees feel supported and empowered to succeed. Her commitment to integrity, communication, and continuous improvement aligns closely with Pacific Quorum's values and dedication to service excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with friends and binge-watching movies and TV shows.

Yuliia joined Pacific Quorum in 2024 as Marketing Coordinator and Corporate Administrator, bringing a creative and strategic approach to communications, branding, and employee engagement. She plays a key role in managing the company’s internal communications, supporting corporate initiatives, and helping strengthen Pacific Quorum’s brand presence across all regions.

Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and building connections, Yuliia enjoys developing engaging content, coordinating company-wide programs, and finding new ways to support collaboration and culture throughout the organization. Outside of work, Yuliia enjoys staying active through exercise, spending time with friends and family, travelling, and learning new languages and cultures.
